Neptune’s progression through the sign of Aquarius has already created chaos in the collective consciousness, from the Y2K panic to widespread fears of infectious cattle disease in Europe; and the repercussions of the September 11 disaster, which have radically altered the world’s political climate. Similar events on a smaller scale have affected local or regional areas. In this context, Maurice will explore the effects of Neptune’s passage over its own South Node between the 10th and 13th degree of Aquarius. He also will discuss the evolutionary lessons behind these influences and manifestations, on both the personal and the collective level.
