Forecast for December 1-9, 2015

Mercury, Venus and Mars headline an interesting month of activity in December. Mercury is now racing ahead of the Sun, and on the push forward is squaring Jupiter and Chiron, trining Uranus and squaring the nodes of the Moon. Significant mutable energy stays with us until the messenger planet enters Capricorn December 9th.
Venus in Scorpio becomes a mini bass note of energy, pushing our fear buttons somewhat in search of more security and self-reliance. This is the emotional undertone of the month until Venus enters Sagittarius Dec. 30th.
Perhaps most importantly, Mars will aspect all 6 outer planetary energies in December. The square to Pluto Dec. 6th begins the parade. Mars opposes Uranus and last-quarter squares Pluto invoking the exact Uranus-Pluto energy that seems to be shaking entrenched institutions everywhere. What becomes clear, and is most emphasized here on a personal level, is acting and desiring from a deep conscious understanding of what is best for the Soul – ours and the sacred other we interact with locally, nationally and globally.
